On the 5th of feb.i reported our landline online that it is very noisy, i received an sms with ref.no 535CWZ050213 the next day their was no line at all i escalated the complaint, received email with escalation no 221373 for couple of days was no line then we got the line noisier then before, today is the 20th had no feed back, its effecting our business, i find this unacceptable and don't know what to do, hope this matter will be solved soonest.
