At wits end with Vodacom

I reported Vodacom on the 12 February 2013 about the service or the lack of it that I received with my query. Very amazed that afternoon received a phonecall from a Mr Naidoo appologising and saying that my upgrade had been cancelled with the Rewards Co. and that I could upgrade with him and receive a router as that is what I wanted. I would received one the Monday and Tuesday just gone past and way and behold no router no phonecall nothing. I then went to Vodacom Greenstone to maybe do my own upgrade and was attended by the most unhlpful person ever. she then preceded to tell me that she could no pick up my accounts with my Id. to have discovered that my one account's Id had been changed. asked how this had happened could no reply, asked how we could fix this could not reply. just looked at me blankly. I am at my wits end and feel so emotionally drained and abused by Vodacom. I feel like this will never be resolved. How can this happen in the time that we live in. All i wanted was to have this resolved.
