I have been struggling for well over a month now to sort out a contract i was put onto by Vodacom and Vodacom Rewards.. I was put onto a contract for R99 a month.. When i was put onto it i lost my email and BIS, and since then i have contacted Vodacom Customer Care well over 10 times to sort this issue out.. It was not mentioned to me that i would loose all of my current applicationa and when i enquired about it i was told to pay an additional fee for my BIS.. I was told 3 times by "managers" that the contract has been cancelled and it would revert back to prepaid and this has still not happened.. I am a business women who works from home and i RELY on my email services, which i have not had for a month.. I have lost alot of business due to this and i still have no BIS or EMAIL.. When i asked YET again for it to be cancelled i no sooner put my phone down and i recieved a message to say the money was debited from my account..
