Poor & Incomplete service

My phone was - I was unable to keep my number (so why did I go through trouble to have it Rica'd??).
Had to get another contract - Now paying for two.
I received a bill 2 months after my phone was of over R800!! The person at Cell C who was supposed to blacklist my phone and block my sim NEVER blocked my sim and I had to pay the R800 of calls that was made by whoever my phone.
My case on that day was also given to a young boy who just started and in between helping me (I was really stressed out), two other Cell C employees was helping him to help me while they were seeing to other customers.
I really want & need my money back - I have just relocated and can not afford to lose a cent.
This has just been one of many poor service Cell C incidents.
Not happy! They used to be MUCH better!
