Pathetic feedback, problem still not resolved

My phone had been blocked and my account was high. I had spoken to 4 different people at Cell C who told me in order to have the block removed I must pay at least half of the bill, which I did and sent through proof of payment TWICE.Needless to say the block was not lifted so I lodged a complaint on hellopeter.someone from Cell C contacted me and explained that the block can only be lifted if I increase my limit by a minimum of R200 and that paying the bill would not remove the block.so I had completely wasted my time doing AS INSTRUCTED by Cell C employees by paying for the bill. I then asked her to explain my bill as it was above R500 and I set a limit at R380? and did this next bill of R500 include my monthly installments of R330 or would it be ontop of that. She said she would get back to me, I am yet to get a response. This was 5 days ago. This is my Second APPALLING experience with Cell C since I took out a contract with them 7 months ago.they NEVER explain costs involved and when questioned about it can never provide an answer.they do not get back to you and every person you deal with has a different story about your problem and how to solve it. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC service EVERYTIME
