All clients check your bank accounts

I send out a warning to all that are subscribed to this network. Check your bank statements. I just checked mine and they took R100 more than their invoice and my agreement with them states. I phoned the call centre and they say is an admin fee for when I upgraded my phone in Oct '12. A fee I paid directly at the store as they don't do an upgrade if you do not pay. Cherry ontop is my statement that I received a few days ago for my next deduction mentions nothing of this. It shows, as with the pervious month's statement, the contracted amount to be deducted. Imagine how much money they pocket of unsuspecting subscribers that don't go on their bankstatements and check the actual amount that gets deducted. This also after I received an invoice from them before Christmas that they will be deducting over R2000 from my account. When I phone they said they had a system error, but they fixed it and they will only deduct the normal rate. To date Virgin Mobile has not sent an sms to its clients apologising to who was affected. Shocking the service that providers are giving.
