My Black Berry was checked in at the Gatmax MTN on the 11/02/2013 i called this motning the 19/02/2013 to find out if they have any feed back with regards to the damage on my phone when i called the HVRC in durban they said to me the phone is still with the GATMAX store and has not been dispatched, this service id pathetic as the sales man told me i should call The HVRC on the 14/02/2013 and they will advise futher (he), i need urgent feed back as i you use my phone for business purposes and due to delays his could cause loss of business for me. i Demand that someone calls me to explain who messed up.
