Bad attitude and service

I called your head office today looking for the marketing department, was put through to different departments. Finally got through to a gentlment called Nelson who assisted me by giving me a number to call, which i called but was not assist due to a very RUDE receptionist. I asked her to put me through to the marketing department but she kept on asking me who do i want by that department. I told her i do not know anyone if she could please put me through to anyone will explain my story to them. She went on to SHOU AT BE BY SAYING HEY YOU LISTEN who do you want and she put the phone down in my ear. I then called Nelson to explain to him the service that i received from that lady, i'm still SHOCK up until now even as i write this note that she has the NERVE to say HEY YOU LISTEN to me as a client. WHAT SERVICE IS THAT, such people should not be at the reception at all. I just wanted to find out why are your prices so higher than VODACOM, TELKOM AND MTN of iPad when it is just the same product. An iPad mini is going for R 370 per month 1GB and Vodacom, Telkom and MTN is having a 2.5 GB for R279 per month with 5.7 GB after 11pm. Clearly you're us out and thinking of moving to telk
