I have opened a new contract with mtn and haven't used the phone at all in 4 days and when I check data and network usage it states I used up all my data and I have used quite a bit of airtime. When I phone mtn I get told I have to wait till the 21st of november to solve this.By that date i will have to pay this bill, and maybe it would of grown some more by itself. This is unacceptable I much rather cancel the contract all together they can take back the phone but if I don't use the phone how can they tell me I have waisted all this money. I been using a different number on my old mobile phone. Another issue is I tried to call customer services on Friday a few times to solve this problem and 2 times in particular I waited over 30 minutes with no answer. This is unacceptable I want mtn to cancel this contract.
