Customer care don't care for their customers

Last year I upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy pocket. From the start I was having problems and returned the phone approximately 5 times for repairs which included phone swaps, SIM swaps (at my own cost), software re-loads etc.. Eventually I took it up with the customer care as it was costing me too much to drive out to the outlet every time. After a couple of e-mails with Lee-Roy Hull his final answer was that I should take the phone in again for a software check. I responded that I tried this already and that it did not solve the problem and that I was fed up with driving after them. I have never heard from him again. Today I was in an emergency situation and my phone as usual did not work. I am paying for a phone which does not work properly and I am expected to pay for this pathetic service month after month. Cancelling the contract is not an option as I will have to pay for service I did not receive to begin with.
