I won't go into the boring detail of the prelude to my internet problem but after days of frustration, phoning, throwing my toys out of the cot and perseverance and after eventually speaking to a lady called Susan in the Cape Town call centre, a man named Lawrence Moeng, a Telkom Technician, walked into my office! The next day he brought a fault finding specialist from Telkom with him and they really went the extra mile to find the problem. I am truly grateful for the service and the extra effort they put in to find the problem. Thank you Lawrence and TJ Magaledisa, you restored my opinion of customer service in general. What a pleasure to experience such fantastic customer service.
