ADSL went down unexpectedly, phoned Telkom for technical support and assumed problem would be treated in similar fashion to problem a year ago and would be ignored for a month. Was surprised by curtious support staff and connection was restored very next day, service technician went the extra mile to ensure everything was running well which took him 2 missed calls and eventually got hold of me well after working hours. Never thought I'd say it but A for Telkom.
