When will we telkom get competition

Today, monday... our business phone lines are dead for no apparent reason. This is a telkom line fault and now we have to wait for a technician to come out, what part of urgency of a medical practice dont they understand. I then requested a fault forward service (office numbers to be forwarded to an alternative number) just to be informed that we will be charged for that too, what the... It is a telkom line error that we have to pay for and now we also have to pay for a forwarding service because of a Telkom issue.

It is high time that we get more telecomunications companies in this country that offer a better service to clients.
