Fix my bureau record!

I initiated a 3G contract with Vodacom in 2006, renewing it once.

Due to the ongoing utterly deplorable service I received, I cancelled the contract in mid-2011.

Vodacom insisted I owed them two monthly payments which I initially refuted but subsequently paid late in 2011.

Now I find that my credit bureau record not only reflects that this Vodacom contract is still active (which it provably isn't), but that it also STILL shows it as being two months in arrears (which it isn't).

What part of "PAID UP" and "CANCELLED CONTRACT" is boggling Vodacom so!?

Please fix up my bureau record ASAP and NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS HAS BEEN DONE or I will be forced to resort to stronger measures. You have been warned.
