Again this month my data is being throttled after my monthly renewal date. This after i was promised it would be sorted out last month. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they don't phone back and when you ask for a manager, they're in a meeting. I managed to speak to a retentions supervisor who put me through to the customer service to speak to a manager, but all supervisors and managers were in a meeting. Now the customer service supervisor is sending an email to the retentions department.
Completely useless and unethical.
I want out. I hate dealing with MTN.
I have already decided that i will not renew my phone contract with them at the end of this month.
Now i want out of this data contract.
