My ADSL and voice lines have been down since late January. No intelligent response from Telkom other than some clown phoning and asking what the matter was. What part of "my line is not functioning" don't these understand. Today the original fault reference from January is still shown as "open" Trying to run a business using these fools is the most frustrating experience ever - and they call themselves a "world class service provider". They are a very poor fourth class service not worthy of calling themselves professional.
