After complaining that I was wrongly blacklisted by Cell C, they "responded" and called to tell me they were looking at the issue. More than a week later, nothing has been done.
They certainly don't deserve to be called "A company who respond". Just cutting and pasting a response doesn't amount to responding.
I now have no choice but to lodge a complaint with ICASA because I suspect there is a cover up going on at Cell C. I provided all the information they need to authenticate my identity yet my name still remains tarnished through no fault of mine!
