I went for an upgrade in April from a data75mb to an MTN 100 package. This package would include the following benefits: 100 min, 100 Data & 25 SMS's. It is now 6 months down the line, and Autopage still havent sorted out my contract. Late September early August my nr: 083 229 9625 was suddenly cancelled and said this nr does not below to the Autopage and is also not "RICA'ed" I the went to an MTN dealer to be Rica'ed and was then informed they are unable to performed the action because the nr is an Autopage nr. I the called the Autopgae outlet in PE and a lady assisted me to re-open the nr, but no bennefits that is due to me...
Please help... 6 monthS later and i am VERY, VERY UPSET & FRUSTRATED ABOUT THE SERVICE RECEIVED... PLEASE HELP!!!
