I've been on Telkom simple for almost a month now and I'm ready to cancel because of the bad service I received. Three weeks ago, I went to collect my 3G dongle and I was told they had ran out of stock. One of the consultants took my numbers and promised she'd call as soon as she received stock. I went the following week only to find out they received stock and had again ran out. The same thing happened again this week and and when I threatened to cancel my contract, one of the consultants was quick to let me know that I can do it telephonically and immediately writing the number down on a piece of paper and immediately letting me know around what time I should call. I don't think they care much about their clients and I will be cancelling my contract first thing Monday morning
