On the 11th of December 2012 I sent a email to MTN's corporate technical desk, I have not received any response. I phoned in December & January to MTN Coverage Department and they gave me a reference no. 0049920, and said someone will be get back to me, no one has contacted me. I have phoned on numerous occasions and they tell me the same thing, we will send a technician out and no one comes.
We run a very busy dental practice and in December our Telkom lines went down, we were unable to use our
cell phones, the problem started around November.
We have several employees on MTN and they are experiencing the same problem.
