Since moving to Noordsig in November all calls made and received break up and I cannot be heard. I logged a complaint towards the end of November at the Long Beach Mall branch, and again in December. I have been back at least three times since but the problem has not been resolved. Yesterday I went to cancel my contract and they called the call centre where I was told that even if I cancelled my contract, I would have to pay until its termination in 18 months. I am paying for a mobile phone service - but don't get calls and can't make any - so I don't get the service I am paying for. Surely that is breach on Cell C's part. I run a business from home and have lost revenue as a result.
I want to be refunded for the last three months. I want to cancel the contract.
People with other networks have no problems at my home whatsoever.
