TOP TV DOES NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

I have paid my bill over a week ago and my top tv has not been connected yet. numerous calls and emails have been sent yet all they say is "we will get back to you" and they still have not contacted me as yet. it would seem like they need more competent staff or maybe new management because they seem to be all their customers off.
