I have been having endless issues with my data contract, which I signed for during November 2012. The connection was stable for international gaming up until 20 January 2013, upon which all went pear-shaped.
MTN has subsequently advised 3 towers were down in my area and congestion will be an issue until resolved.
This past Friday, 22/02/2013, the coverage desk has advised the towers are fully restored. That is such bad lying as my connection is even worse and is utterly worthless due to high latency / congestion.
I want this sorted out MTN. I am for your bad service and passing the buck to the consumer. It is not my laptop - it is brand new. Maybe it is your modem or sim card who knows, or just degrading of service as it took you a month to fix three towers - who knows if it really has been fixed?
If you cannot restore my service to what it had been for 3 months, I want out of this contract immediately. I am not paying for a service I took out for the sole purpose of international gaming, if you cannot fix what you had broken.
Do not send me generic responses and a copy/paste job out of your ill written customer complaints manual. I want action, not excuses!!!
