My contract expired a few months ago. As per the National Consumer Act I have to be contacted in order to continue on a month to month contract or cancel. This did not happen. Some genius called a data card and said there was no response. Obviously. I feel 8ta played underhanded games. I have an email address where they send statements on a monthly basis, why not use that channel? Now I am being told about a notice period on something that was done illegally. Why? And please do not dare call the data card 0814827014. My cellphone number is provided.
