Cellphone not repaired or replaced

Hi,

I send in my cellphone in for repairs to cellc, it took them 3 months to just send it back, with absolutely no feedback at this time, a little scribbled note was attached .. "try to call" so they try to call once, cant send emails, sms... etc? my bill ranges each months between 1k - 2 k.. but im expected to honour my part... but they dont replaced or fix the phone even though insured. This is disgusting service!
