This is the 7th time I send a complain

This is over 7 months that I've send my faulty Sony experia Z to mtn for repair and till today all I ever hear is that the matter has been escalated. My question to who on earth do they escalate to as 7 months later I'm still sitting without a cellphone. To make matters worse my number has benn blocked. Can someone explain to why am I expected to pay for a cellphone that i dont even have?

I regret the day I ported my number from Vodacom to MTN. I demand that someone calls me and gives me a proper feeedback as I want my cellphone back and also clear the the account as this is bad for my credit record. The servise I've received from MTN is SHOCKING and I hope I WILL NOT JUST BE GETTING A RESPOND ON THIS SITE> I DEMAND THAT SOMEONE CALLS ME BACK AND I NEED MY CELLPHONE BY THE END OF THE WEEK. I've been patient with MTN and this stops here.
