INADEQUATE SERVICE / RESPONSE - really angry

I handed in my handset 21.01.13 for repair. I called repair centre, was told my handset was returned to branch and acknowledged 07.02.13. Called 3 times (527200) and left all phn related details with Cheryl, who promised to get Byorn to contact me. To date no response at all from anyone at MTN. I am not really sure whether anyones gets professionsal service, as this has happened to me before. Surely there is some Quality assurance on service delivery. I really feel like taking my business elsewhere as no-one responds or one cannot get through to someone that you can talk to - 9 out of 10 the call is routed to automated helpdesk that does not relate at all to your query
