Telkom has now suspended my account,
They are trying to charge me R3437.45 for one months worth of service
According to my complaints I only owe them for the month of January.
In December I had issues with the line which was only resolved in January. My last complaint was done on the 5th January and the line was only fixed the following week.
Now they are trying to charge me for December and an installation fee which was never ever mentioned (a contract was signed and no installation fee was ever agreed upon, if anything the contract i signed said /- R500.)
I even had to call them to ask what my invocies are.
I owe them R709.24, I just need someone to resolve this so I can pay what I owe.
I will be taking this complaint higher if its not resolved by tomorrow
Please fix urgently so that i can pay my January invoice.
