I have 2 contracts with 8ta (0814648861 & 0813611070). A couple of weeks ago both my contracts were soft blocked. It took over a week to sort. In the interim I got irritated & sent a message indicating that I am not receiving service & that 8ta was in breach. Just as the soft block issue was sorted, both my contracts were hard blocked due to my message. I have subsequently indicated that I do not want to cancel my contracts on the 6th Feb & was told my service would be up in 72 hrs. I still have no service on the 13thFeb
I was told on the 13th, I should call back if I do not have any service in 7 days. Paying literally for a service I do not receive.
