I took up a contract with Cell C sometime last year. I have not been happy with their service since day one. I first contacted them to increase my limit. I was told someone would call me in 48hrs. I had to call them everyday to follow up on the progress. I had to repeat my query to at least 7 of their agents within 2 weeks. None of them resolved my query. Then when the 1st of the month came I had to call them again to request to cancel the request (which was never resolved) cause my phone got loaded with airtime. I decided to rather request to migrate my package to one that would allow me to recharge, this I requested twice. First in the month of Nov then again in Dec. They only contacted me on the 6th of Jan to process my query. The changes were made effective as of the 2nd of Feb. The following day I contacted the call center to request the changes to be effective as of this month seeing that my data wouldn't last me the whole month. I have since spoken to 6 agents, and today I spoke to the rudest one of them all SAMANTHA ZIKHALI. Who told me I shouldn't complain as it is "My Problem" that I have exceeded my limit and since my line is suspended they wont migrate me. Im Fed up!
