I purchased one of MTN`s mobile internet dongles for my laptop about a year ago. Without asking me where I stay (to check my signal strength) I was very quickly signed on over the phone. Little did I know, my device doesn't get signal in my area. So now im paying R149 for something that I cannot use.
When I went into one of their Cavendish Square store recently to ask if there is a way to try boost the signal so I can use my device, the people behind the counter were as useless at best.
This is daylight in my opinion and typical of the larger companies in this country not giving a about their customers.
