I took a contract with Cell C in December 2010 in September 2012 i qualified for an early upgrade. I upgraded to a Samsung S3 which i have been using for like 6months now. On the 4th of Feb13 i got an sms from Cell C advising that I owe them R428.00 i contacted the call centre and they advised me it was for the free minutes that they gave me in December BIS.On the 8th my line was suspended i contacted the call centre and advised them that i wont pay the full R428.00 because they had billed me for a service that am not using, this made me realise that Cell C has been R57 every month from me for 5months. During the whole process i spoke to Lerato from your HQ and Anele who have been very helpful accept for Helen and Richard who is a supervisor were rude. The agents advised me that i have to pay the money for my line to be activated and i refuse to pay it because Cell C owes me. My question to Cell C is had i not realised that they were debting my acc for BIS were they ever going to see their mistake? Its fine for them to want their money from me but have to take 168hrs or more to resolve my query. I need this RESOLVED and need to start using my phone!! Its been a week struggling!!!
