I have made a payment to Neotel on 01 November 2012. The bank account has been verified with Neotel on a few occasions.
However, after they have acknowledged receipt of the money, it mysteriously disappeared again from their banking account. Now I receive mails from their attorneys daily. It is of absolutely no use trying to phone the call centre to resolve this matter. They are beyond arrogant, and simply cut your call when they do no want to engage any longer in resolving your query.
O yes, have you heard of the mythical creature called a manager? That will phone you back? Probably the day pigs fly in July...
