Signing up of customers for Services

I received a phone call for an agent last night saying he was from Autopage Cellular Value Added services department and that he wants to sign me up for an extreme lifestyle bundle... He said that this was for FREE and that immediately sent off alarm bells... He blabbered on for about 5 minutes when I stopped him to say that he can put everything on e-mail and I will look at it. I am NOT agreeing to sign up for ANYTHING, even if it is free. He then started asking for my ID number, email address etc and I refused to give any of those details to him. Next minute I received about 10 sms's saying thank you for signing up for this bundle and that my "order" will be processed. I phoned the call centre this morning and they confirmed that a R69-monthly fee will be debited from my account monthly. I almost had a fit! Luckily Ayanda, the call centre agent at that time was very helpful and cancelled it immediately (so they say...) I am very upset about this. That Agent should be fired! He phoned me at 17:30 on 24 April
