Today I received a call from the call centre regarding a value added service. They phone over and over until you answer, then don't bother asking if you're available to speak! Since I am planning to terminate my contract when it ends, I am explicitly not interested in value added services. I allowed the consultant to say his entire speech (I couldn't get a word in), I firmly told him that I am NOT interested in value added services and will not consent to have them added to my account.

He then asked my why I am being rude. I told him that it is not rude to decline something I don't want, and he was rude for trying to force me to agree to something I don't want, then I hung up.
