After previous complaints regarding this handset&accusations of me damaging it myself, all the running around trying to fix this, time&money spent, time I took off work all because of MTN and their poor service.
The last response received was the "brilliant Porche" from the Picbell store discovered the "physical damage"My opinion - a proper investigation was not even done as no-one had the decency to even contact me, I decided to go to the Tech offices, my phone was booked in&not even 24 hours later I was requested to collect..and guess what???
MECHANICAL MANUFACTURER FAULT
Honestly, after I had this phone for 2 months, only had it in working for 2 weeks and dead for 4 and away for 2.
I am really fedup and am REQUESTING TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT.
My phone now needs to be escalated to Blackberry-but Im going to cancel, starting with my debit order! &whatever was debited to be refunded immediately. I am going to the store today, I will be logging a complaint with ICASA because the service from the PICBELL store is rediculous, I was treated so directly telling me I damaged my own phone and look now. This being my 4th phone after only 4years and this is the service I receive PATHETIC!!!
