This is my 4th complaint regarding this phone. The last feedback I received from the Store Supervisor at the Pickbel Parkade is that Blackberry is not going to do anything due to the handset being BER twice - and that's that, I must pay R2100 to cancel my contract. I told you in my last correspondence with you I am cancelling my debit order as I want to cancel my contact due to the manufacturer damaged handset and after 2 payments, I cancel my debit order and now you threatening me with "Legal Action", Can you please cancel the and refund what's owing to me because as per the consumer protection act, I have that right, once that is done I will return the handset with all accessories to the nearest MTN store. So please resolve this query, and stop telling me you will have someone contact me and then no one does. I have logged the query on your website got a reference number and 3 months later, still no response. URGENT POSITIVE FEEDBACK IN WRITING WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
