Please assist.
I have phoned the customer call center numerous times in the last month. Every time I am told there are no problems in the Centurion. I was even told to replace my SIM (at R150). This also didn't solve the problem.
I hardly get any connection at night, and if I do it is very slow and intermittent.
If you cannot get to the route of the problem please see this as a early notice of my cancellation of my contract.
I signed the contract thinking I would get continuous connectivity. However, it only lasted a bit.
I require internet connectivity at night to earn an income and if you cannot supply this I have no choice but to cancel.
Please give me correct and concise reasons why the connectivity is so bad.
