I have bought a 10gig/12 month Woosh package to have internet for studies and general connectivity. Initially I had reasonably good reception, and during the day there is still good reception. When I really need it (at night and over weekends), it is a different story. Though I have connectivity (app shows HSPA), there is NO real availability (I am unable to get anything to up or download at all most of the time). Can you please investigate and address the problem? Celtisdal/Raslouw area.
