MTN - Rotten Service

I have had it with MTN!!! Such rotten service!!! There was a upgrade processed on my account, now my account is in arrears, I can't upgrade my phone and now my line has been suspended!!! When I call MTN, they keep me holding forever... I am just disgusted!!! I am changing networks, MTN is - just!!!
