Staff do not do what they say they have done

I went in to Mweb at Cresta on Saturday to report my ADSL and telephone not working. The agent claimed he had logged the call with Telkom and would sms me the reference number. Today the phone at Cresta goes unanswered and the is no response to the email. When I phone CT today for an update no fault had been logged by the agent at Cresta.
