I have logged a call and have a reference number for a Glasfit agent to contact me to arrange fitment of my car windscreen one week ago.
Nsigo, the call center agent, assured me that I will receive a call from the Cresta branch to arrange fitment at my work premises within two days. Today is day 7, and I still haven't received a call from anyone at Glasfit.
Why do we as the customer always have to beg for service?
