My Cell C account (084 581 0344 and 084 581 2581) is paid by debit order. On Friday 8 Feb 2013 my service was suspended. On enquiry Friday afternoon Cell C consultant advise me that Cell C did not run the debit order. He could not tell me why, but said he would send a request through to accounts to run the debit order. When I enquire on Monday (11 Feb) morning, another consultant informed me that the debit order will run at 9. Late Monday (11 Feb) afternoon I again speak to a consultant who informed me that it seems that nothing has been done yet and she again send a request through for the debit order to run. As we need the phones urgently I made an EFT Monday night and send proof of payment through.By Tuesday (12 Feb) afternoon nothing my service still was not activated. I again spoke to a consultant who would have phoned me back in ten minutes, but did not do so.
I need the use of the phones urgently.
