We applied for a telkom line 2 years ago and they told us there is no lines available. But the installation is on hold. Suddenly in December 2012 they phoned us and say they will send a tecnition for installation. We phone them about 3 weks ago thry told us no the line is again onhold. We went to there branch in benoni and they told us there is no lines again!!! we in a high risk area but if we apply for a business line it will be done. So today 2013/03/01 we phone 10217 to apply for the busniness line as we are a business. So Pula from there call centre told us that i have a account with them and is arrears of R574.53 but he can see on the system that there is no line or activity on the line he dont know whats going on. All over we get the same answer the cant help us and no one can tell us where the arears amount is coming from!! please can you help us we dont know anymore. Account nr 453006670001. Al we want is a line for our business and where this arrears amount come from
