Worst customer service eve

I have been a loyal customer since 2005/ 2006 and Vodacom never hears from me as I have always been happy with their service. My debit order runs and that is it. I don't contact them usually as everything runs smoothly. My phone went in for repairs and I was told it will cost me R1100 to fix it. It is January and I have no funds due to Christmas passing and having no bonus..so I cant pay the fee. I upgrade in May and enquired about moving it forward as I am in the PR& Communications field-my life revolves around my phone. I was told that I need to spend more than R800 a month to do so. I also enquired about cancelling my contract and I was told I need to pay 75% of what is due on the last few months of my contract! It does not pay to be a good client.. I have had this contract for years and all I do is renew it. I will be sad to leave Vodacom but I have never had such horrible service. Well the nice thing is that I work in the media industry so I will be telling one and all bout my experience. Word of moth is fantastic!!
