MTN harbouring dangerous VAS companies

Value Added Service company "Switchfire" has sms'ed a subscription service to my phone and billed me without me even subscribing to their service. And my phone is supposedly downloading stuff without me knowing!

I complain to "Switchfire"(UK based) and they give me a so called "goodwill" refund. I complain to MTN about the high data charges to my account and ask for their assistance. They are only defensive and offer no real help to confront the VAS service and assist me. One wonders what kind of support this company (MTN) offers to their clients but to assume us at fault from the beginning.

I want MTN to get a verified/foolproof/legally accepted report from "Switchfire", confirming that I actually subscribed for their service. There are documented cases where that company has provided and charged for subscriptions without even requesting a subscription to be made. And have managed to cause a mobile to gain access to the internet without a user even being aware. WASPA has the information in their archive and have fined them for it previously. Is MTN aware of this information? Or are they ignoring it due to vested interests? I'ld like concrete and proactive answers and assistance
