Bad communication on Blackeberry repai

This is the second time that we are complaining with regards to the subject line. There was a response on our first complaint by Andre Venter, a customer service supervisor. The response didn't resolve the situation, and what he claims is standard practise did not happen, hence the complaint. I did reply to the e-mail he sent on the 7th Jan 2013 and since then no reply nor have we been contacted. He was very defensive and not really unapologetic & we are sitting with the issue as nothing has been resolved. We are on the verge on cancelling the contract and moving to a network provider that cares.
