I just wasted 15 minutes trying to report a problem with a totally incompetent operator (could not make out the name). I told the operator that I am experiencing poor signal quality in the Durbanville area. After a barrage of interrogation questions and then wanting to create a "pin number" for me (what on earth for I don't know), she tells me there is nothing wrong with my account. So I repeated that all I want to do is report the poor signal quality in Durbanville. She then tells me I must phone another number, and of course I get cut off in the process and need to start all over again. GRRR!!!
