Never again will I use MWeb, not only was I over-charged for months but even though I didn't have service for most of Dec 2012 I was still charged the full, inflated rate for the month. My line was faulty and the only response was it's Telkom's problem. Passing the buck is not a solution.
I've had nothing but issues with MWeb, even when they were well aware that my line could not handle a high line speed they continued to charge me for a service I was not fully getting.
I've requested cancellation and will not use them for anything again.
