Telkom is useless

I have Telkom as my ISP with a capped service. On /1/2013 I visited Menlyn Branch to arrange to have it uncapped from1 February. They wanted me to visit them on 1/2/2013 otherwise I will be billed double. I then visited again on 1/2/2013 to change to uncapped. The assistant responded positive and reminded me to reset the router to have it implemented and that it will happen immediatley. This I did. On 6/2/2013 I needed help online and phoned 10201. They noted it is still on capped. I requested them to chande to uncapped. After a call of 90 min the line was dropped I phoned again. Another 90 min. Their responce was that there is a system error and it is still not changed to uncapped. I drove to Menlyn offices again. Their responce was that they could not change it because of a system error but that they did refer it to the tecnical people. I asked the name and number of a senior manager. Eric Agulhas was mentioned with number 311-1114. On sunday 10/2/2013 my telkom phone died but the internet is still working but slow (cap exceded). On 11/2/2013 I visited Menlyn again. Still uncaped. Botha said they can not do the change. I have to phone 10210. With a broken line? After 5 requests?
